Watch: 11th Annual American Muscle Mustang Show Recap

The 11th Annual American Muscle Mustang Show took place at Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, Pennsylvania, on June 15th, and it was insane.

The “World’s Largest One Day Mustang Show” isn’t just any old car show. There are a ton of thrilling activities that go on throughout the day! American Muscle recently uploaded a video recapping the entire event. Justin and Adam from American Muscle leads us on a tour of the show field, pointing out some of the coolest and fastest Mustangs on display.

A dyno competition welcomed Mustangs of all power levels with an 1,100+ horsepower S197 claiming the victory.

Arguably the most incredible part of the day came when an extraordinary build was unveiled during the show – a Make-A-Wish build for a deserving young man, whose 6-cylinder 1983 Ford Mustang convertible was Coyote-swapped and beautified. The reveal was followed by a Make-A-Wish Parade down the quarter-mile dragstrip.

Those who were on-hand for the burnout competition witnessed complete carnage as Mustang owners kept the pedal to the medal until their tires were shredded (and their quarter panels too). A revving contest also took place, pitting ten competitors against each other to impress the crowd.

Ford was, of course, in attendance in Vendor Alley to display the all-new 2020 Mustang GT500 in Rapid Red alongside the new Mustang RTR.

The day closed with VMP Exhibition Drag Racing fun runs and insane dueling jet cars. The 2019 American Muscle Mustang Show was definitely one to remember, but we’re excited to see what AM pulls out of its hat for year 12! See you there!
