With four days of racing on tap, the NMRA World Finals will bring Ford fans from all parts of the country out to see their favorite brand in action. Every year the World Finals provides a great way to end the season and gives racers one last shot to prove they’re the fastest in their class. Beech Bend Raceway provides a classic backdrop for the best Ford racing in the world.
To make the NMRA World Finals extra special there will be some great bonus racing classes taking over the track. Outlaw True Street will feature some truly badass street cars in a shootout format with the clocks off. The Turbo Coyote Shootout is another of the special races to be held at the World Finals and brings out some of the craziest Coyote-powered Mustangs that have ever been created. Also running at the finals will be the Terminator/GT500 Shootout, a class that is all about the kings of the Mustang world.
The street cars of the NMRA are ready to make a big showing at the World Finals this year. This event always brings out a huge number of True Street cars. Racers in True Street who bang gears will try to land a spot in the TREMEC Stick Shift Shootout that will be contested on Sunday. The eight fastest stick-shift racers will meet on the track to try and earn bragging rights, cash, and prizes.
