SEMA 2018: Whoa Nelly! We Pay A Visit To Baer Brakes

The folks at Baer Brakes are world-renowned for producing the latest-and-greatest brake products for most automotive applications. We stopped by the SEMA booth and talked to big cheese, Rick Elam, and he told us about two offerings they brought to the show.

First up, he showed us the SS4 13-inch brake kit for 1968 and 1969 Mustangs.

Then he showed a similar set that fits not only 1964  through ’72 Chevrolet Chevelles, but 1967 through ’69 Camaros and 1968 to 1975 A-, F-, and X-bodies as well.

Baer continues to innovate, developing a full-line of brake upgrades like the Sport and EradiSpeed rotors, as well as complete systems ranging from the affordable four-piston S4s, through the king of the hill mono-block XTR. You will also find what it calls the GR6 Grizzly, which fits a large range of domestic cars, trucks and Jeeps with factory 15-inch wheels through 22s and beyond.

You will find Baer brakes on nearly every prominent car in hot-rodding, Pro Touring, and of course at autocross events and on the racetrack, where this entire journey began. Baer brakes – track tested performance, engineered and priced for hot-rodders and racers of all genres. To equip your ride with Baer, get started here.
