Many of us probably wished Santa had delivered a Mustang to our driveway this holiday season. For one lucky Mustang fan, Stephen Randall, a huge present came early this year. He won theHurst‘Elite Series’ Sweepstakes and the company flew him out to check out his customized 2015 Mustang GT before it was shipped out to him in Kentucky.
“Hurst Performance is proud to announce the Hurst ‘Elite Series’ Sweepstakes. One lucky person will win our 2015 Mustang GT that Hurst engineers used for prototyping and developing all the exciting Hurst Elite Series products,” the company said at the time the sweepstakes was announced. “The Hurst Mustang has each of the six Elite Series components installed, plus some exciting upgraded products from industry-leading companies such as Anderson Composites, Moroso, and TMI.”

In the end, it was Stephen who was selected to win the one-off S550, and he was clearly surprised when he got the call that he was the winner. Especially since the Hurst crew first told him he was simply a finalist before letting him know he had actually won the grand prize.
“I can’t even tell you how crazy that is,” Stephen said when he heard the news. “That’s unbelievable.”
Hurst was generous enough to fly Stephen and his wife, Jessi, out to its Sacramento, California, facilities for a full tour and to experience his new steed before they shipped it out to him. He was clearly stoked about the car.
“I don’t want to fly home,” Stephen enthused. “You are not getting me out of this car.”
