The Ford Mustang is the vanguard of muscle car collectors the world over. Whether you’re a benevolent dictator or a ruthless oil baron, your collection simply is not complete without a Mustang. Over in Europe many well-to-do individuals import Mustangs and drive them on a regular basis, despite gas prices that can be over $10 a gallon.
And while Ukraine isn’t the first place we’d go looking for a Mustang club, we did come across this video of a Ukrainian Mustang club showing off their pony cars.
This video reminds of us a similar video done by a Polish Mustang club, but with lower production values (and no musical chorus of Mustang-made noises.) And unlike the Polish Mustang club, which had an assortment of Mustangs from all eras, the Ukrainians seem to be mostly rocking late-model Mustangs (2000+ models).
The video features some autocrossing and powersliding action, as well as ripping through the streets of cities older than the United States of America. While obviously an amateur effort, it’s still an entertaining look at how Mustang fans a world away celebrate their favorite American automobile.
