The Blue Oval promised to bring out a sexy new concept car to the Frankfurt Auto Show, unlike anything else we’ve seen from Ford before. Well Ford has not failed to deliver, revealing one of the best looking concept cars we’ve seen from any automaker in the last couple of years (though we may be biased.)

Called the Ford Evos Concept, this dramatic “design study” has a sexy front end, a gull-wing type hatch that basically opens the whole car up, enough technology to take care of your every whim and demand along with a high-tech hybrid drivetrain.

But it’s the looks of the Evos concept that got our attention. We first our first look at Ford’s next-generation design language back in January when Ford unveiled the Vertrek concept. But the Evos has had the sleek design language turned up a notch, with a fastback style and aggressive front fascia that looks quite intimidating.

In fact, the whole car looks gosh darn good, and while it may not look like sedan, it actually has seating for four. More than that though, the Evos has technology like heart-wellness monitoring, a cloud-connected SYNC system, and an engine system that can monitor power output based on how the driver drives, road, and weather conditions. We know the Evos concept won’t ever come to production as-is…but if this is what future Fords are going to look like, then count us among the excited masses.
