Cars that are used in movies often have a hard life and, for many reasons, are seldom worth more than their portion of famed heritage. Such was not the case for Barricade #2, the second of three custom Saleen Mustangs used in the blockbuster Transformers movie.

This movie car is currently being offered for sale on eBay and, with six days to go, its anybody’s game. The reserve bid is not yet met. Beyond the standard Saleen Mustang equipment, this car also comes with a Police front pushbar, state of the art Police low-profile LED lightbar, front and rear strobe lights, Wilwood stunt line-lock, camera mounts, police decals, “to punish and enslave” decals and Transformers Decepticon decals on the doors.

The car’s supercharger has been removed and is not provided. It was removed because the blower’s whine interfered with sound recording for the movie. The car’s leather interior is complete and a control box for the lights is on the right side of the console. According to the listing, this car was used extensively for on-screen shots and will also appear in the Transformers 3 movie.

With only 7200 miles on the odometer, the car is 100% street legal and is being sold on a clean, Missouri title. If you are the winning bidder for this car, you may need to check your local and state regulations concerning the installed police equipment, however. You may also have an ongoing problem with unscheduled public gatherings around your new Barricade.
