It’s rare to have just one Shelby but the Charlotte-based collector car company RK Motors is offering three of the classic high performance cars for one or more lucky car collectors. A Shelby fanatic could pick up the three-of-a-kind and complete a full house if the price is right.

Leading the trio is a pristinely restored GT500KR packing a ferocious 428 Cobra Jet V8. This is one of just 530 four-speed KR fastbacks produced for the 1968 model year and this super pony car has only 95,518 original miles. After roughly three decades of meticulous maintenance and accident-free driving, the car received a ground-up, rotisserie restoration.

The original 428 cubic-inch Cobra Jet V8 was completely rebuilt, including its 4174 Holley carburetor. This restoration boasts of all the original performance features like power steering, the original Toploader 4-speed manual transmission, power front disc and rear drum brakes, Ford 9-inch rear axle and Traction-Lok differential.

The car carries the correct black leather interior and factory air conditioning within it’s stunning interior. The impeccable exterior consists of the Wimbledon white paint adorned with the distinctive Shelby 10-spoke wheels.

1968 Gold Shelby GT500

Next up is a sunlit gold metallic investment-grade 1968 Shelby GT500, powered by a 428 Police Interceptor V8. This Shelby was originally delivered to Jack Howell Motors in New York and has passed through only three owners. The traditional fiberglass exterior is covered in a searing coat of Sunlit Gold Metallic, which is finished to a level that makes old school factory fodder envious. And clean white stripes perfectly complement correct GT500 call-outs.

Inside this gold chariot you’ll find a correct Black interior that blends seamlessly with the car’s bright exterior paint. Everything from the door panels and headliner to the black carpet and pony-branded floor mats appears to be original equipment. The vintage dash is loaded with vintage telemetry, and features retro trim that’s still vivid. 1967 Shelby GT350

Rounding up the trio of Shelbys is a professionally restored ’67 Fastback GT350 featuring a dynamic 289 Windsor V8 and 4-speed drivetrain. This beauty comes complete with the legendary Shelby white exterior and blue racing stripe. The product of a professional, ground up restoration, this slick 60s pony features a correct layer of Ford Wimbledon White two-stage that’s highlighted by traditional GT350 war paint.

It is very obvious that great care was taken to ensure every panel is aligned to better-than-factory standards. The exterior shows one well-done classic that’s built to exacting specifications thanks to a great combination of skilled workmanship and first-rate finishing techniques.
