But Wiseco Performance Products is comming out with a 5.8 storker motor based off the NEW Modular 5.0. This could lead to a lot of different combintaions for the Lightning trucks. Just like josh_marotte said in his post "Agreed. The 5.0L mod motor is kick-***. Smaller displacement- more room in engine bay for say a turbo or two? 5.0L will rev higher and faster… End result = WIN." The 5.8 should make up in the Torque depatrment also. If the New 5.0 motors are makeing 400 + hp and toqure. I wonder if the stroke 5.8 would be in the 500 Hp/torque range for a naturally aspirated motor.
