The new Mustang 5.0 has made a lot of noise in the few months it has been on the market. If you want to make even more noise and power with the 5.0 though, BBK has just released a new after-cat X-Pipe, and both full-length and direct replacement tuned-length headers for the 2011 Mustang GT and the V6 models as well. The R&D team at BBK recently announced the introduction of their all new line of performance exhaust products for the hot new 2011 Mustang 5.0 GT and V6 models. For GT owners BBK offers a direct fit tuned-length 1-3/4” header system, a direct-fit 2-3/4″ after cat x-pipe as well as 1-3/4″ full-length headers and matching high-flow x-pipes. Typical horsepower gains are 14-34 rear wheel horsepower on otherwise stock GT models. For V6 owners a new full-length header system with matching x-pipe is available that initial testing shows will be good for up to 25hp and 25ft lbs of torque.

BBK R&D department developed this header with one thing in mind – Getting even more horsepower and torque out of the all new 2011 5.0 liter Mustang that is already putting out nearly twice the horsepower of its 5.0 predecessor!

This all new rugged BBK header design is constructed with 1-3/4” CNC Mandrel-Bent tubing and solid 3/8” laser cut exhaust flanges.

Initial testing is showing gains of around 14 horsepower with the high flow after cat X pipe – and BBK will have an off road cat eliminator system out shortly for even more horsepower gains – Look for the full installation and test article in the upcoming 5.0 and Super Fords Magazine written by Tom Wilson.
