As automotive writers, it can be easy to become jaded and, we’ll admit it, even a bit bored. As great an event as SEMA is, it can be easy to walk right past an awesome, well put-together vehicle just because it seems, well, overdone and rather cliche. The Ford Mustang has been especially popular with modders in the past few years, leading to an overabundance of modified Mustangs.
So we can’t really fault Sean Klingelhoefer of SpeedHunters for walking right past the Creations ‘N’ Chrome “Boy Racer” Mustang at last year’s SEMA. But Klingelhoefer had a chance to take some downright gorgeous photos of this show-and-go Mustang, complete with an otherworldly mirror finish that really shines through.
With such a gorgeous paint job and more carbon fiber than you can shake a stick at, at first glance the Boy Racer really does look like another just-for-show car. But Creations ’N’ Chrome went much further than other show cars do, including a totally tuned supercharged 5.0 Coyote V8. Did we mention it also has nitrous, a roll cage, and land speed ambitions?
That’s the truth of the matter, though what we’re really fascinated by are Klingelhoefer’s pictures. This car is drop dead gorgeous, and Klingelhoefer’s camera skills capture all the glory of this mirror-finish paint job. Make sure you hop on over to SpeedHunters and check out all the awesome photos for this unique Boy Racer Mustang.
