The Goodguys event series occur all over the country at various times of the year. It’s a great way to see some slick rides, meet the owners, tour the manufacturer’s midway for products, and even check out some autocrossing at select locations. This year, the Goodguys Rod & Custom Association will stage 21 dynamic events in 2012. It’s your chance to see a wide range of hot rods, customs, muscle cars, trucks, and classic cars from all over the country.

There’s so many opportunities for events, Goodguys is running multiple events at the same locations in California, Arizona, and Texas. Of course, the mack-daddy of them all will occur at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio July 6-8 for the Goodguys 15th PPG Nationals.

Make sure to review the new dates, which we’ve included, below for the 2012 year as some dates and locations have changed with a new event occurring in Massachusetts for the first time ever! Massachusetts event – the 21st East Coast Nationals – will take place on Father’s Day on the weekend of June 15-17 at the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, Massachusetts.

For all you autocross participants including drivers and spectators, good news is, 18 of the 21 events will feature a Goodguys Autocross, which is free to all registered Goodguys event participants. Additionally, the “Super Sunday Get-Together” is all new for this year.

The program, which welcomes all years, makes, and models of American made or American powered vehicles to 17 Goodguys national events will occur on Sunday’s only. It allows for everyone to enjoy the hobby and gets participants involved in the show who otherwise would not have had an opportunity to show off their ride.

Goodguys hasn’t left out fuel-thirsty drag racers either. For vintage drag racing fans, three popular Friday Night Drag programs featuring sportsman and exhibition cars will be held July 6th at National Trail Raceway in Hebron, OH, July 27th at Pacific Raceways in Kent, WA and August 10th at Route 66 Raceway in Joliet, IL.
