There is no doubt that the 1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 from the remade movie, Gone in 60 Seconds, was a star of the show. Over the years, it has spawned spin-offs like a Catherine Wheel sheds sparks. The styling cues of that car have been repeated and made available to anyone via reproduction body kits for Mustangs, current and past.
Cervini’s Auto Designs has long established itself as a premier supplier of body kits and exterior components for the Mustang enthusiast crowd. Their C-Series kit for S197 Mustangs drew inspiration from that movie star and has, doubtless, been instrumental in making dreams come true from coast to coast.
Far be it from lacking any business savvy, the company has again perpetuated the legend and made it available to owners of 2010 and later Mustangs. New photos on their web site display the C-Series Mustang in its signature gray metallic paint, as applied to the most recent Mustang body style.
You can look forward to the SEMA Show this year in Las Vegas, NV, to see the entire kit in the flesh, so to speak.
