Guess somebody has to pay for it. I'm surprised the city/police who were doing crowd control aren't getting in trouble as well.
the police should be charged as well for deriliction of duty, plus the homicide /accomplis charges! BUT THATS NOT GONNA HAPPEN BECAUSE ITS CALLED JUSTICE[AKA JUST US] THEY ARE JUST AS MUCH @FAULT AS TROY

I definitely feel the same way about all of this. The guy was just there to help support. Accidents do happen!!! I am sure that he had no intentions on that happening. So I am strongly against him getting charged like that.

Thats F*@cking sad that this guy is trying to do something good and an accident happened while the police where there & now he's in the slammer for several 187's. The city is the one that should get Civily sued on the matter not Troy. Anyways once again this is what happens when drag racing takes place outside of a track in a controlled condition.
Back in the day I was at a local street race in the wee hours of the morning and these two stupid Honda's whrer talking trash all night so they decided to duke it out and tae it to the street. One car lost control out of the gate & as the car swerved and kissed about 10 cars the one car killed I think 3-5 people don't quote me on the deaths it was in the early 90's. When you leave this controlled envirnment at your local track anything can happen and you are reasponsible for your actions so Troy should of known better as well.

Good luck Troy and bad move on the city for not taking any reaposibilty for this santioned drag racing accident on your public street that was approved by you and also enforced by your local PD.

Vader Out!!

I think everyone involved should take a step back and really thinka bout what is happening to this man. he was there to do a good thing, and he's paying an aweful price, sure he made a mistake but who doesn't. why does someone have to pay who is a good man?
