OK I must say that I'm not really a fan of the 2005 2009 ford mustang at all. Although I love my 2003 cobra I really didn't see mysef buying one of these newer cars. But I think I kinda like this new mustang, it looks sleeker and weighs less & doesn't look so much like the retro style 05-09 mustang. I would still like to see an affordable Cobra in the near future but not for $60k. These are hard times these days and if Ford thinks they can push a pricey sports car well they might get a rude awakining!!
I hope they do this model right but especially with the price. I just went to a local Ford dealer and they had a Shelby GT for $43K which I found rediculous!!
I don't know why anybody that would buy that complete waste of cash on a car when you could pick up a Terminator for less than half that and be pimping every bolt on you could imagine!!
I guess I'll be patient and see what Ford does.

What about the 2010? I think it looks much closer to the 2003 Cobra, and the Shelby is supposed to be REALLY sharp

I think its about time the Mustang has gone back to its real mean looking ways. I seriously think that the front face looks like the evolution of the 03 04 Cobra's. I can't wait to see what the Cobra looks like! or is it going to be some over priced Shelby again that will never be worth $20 to $40 over sticker again. Well I hope not cause it would be cool if these Cobra's became affordable like the 03's where.
