i am 61 years old, and i just bought a 2008 gt/cs coupe. 5 speed. dark candy apple red. 61 changes to 16, as soon as i turn the key. best mustang i ever owned . thanks

thanks for asking powerjames. my first was a new 1965 2+2 fastback. 4 speed, 289, black with white int. next was a 1970 mach 1 , 351, auto, with factory shaker package. next a 1978 cobra. 4 cyl. turbo. last was a 2006 gt coupe,auto. it was a great car, but i really missed the 5 speed. i will send pics as soon as i can figure out how. thanks

Welcome to the site. That Gt is a real nice car. If it makes you go from 61 to 16 in a twist of the wrist, are you even legal to drive once you press the pedal?
