Mallory has made the E-Fire Electronic Advance Distributor for small block Fords. The E-Fire is unlike most distributors because it does not require an external ignition box. The E-Fire gives you full control of electronic timing control based on both RPM and vacuum. Mallory provides 7 preprogrammed custom advance curves or you can design your own. They provide the windows based software with each distributor to custom design your own curve.
A 3 bar map sensor will give you adjustability for forced induction applications. The timing retard adjustability is boost proportion and is good for over 30 psi. You also have single stage rev limiting capability that is easy to adjust and no chips are needed. All wiring is included with weather proof connectors for durability. The housings are CNC machined billet aluminum for maximum precision and have a ball bearing supported shaft for precision timing control. Two popular cap styles are available for each distributor to allow for more clearance if needed. Other applications will be coming soon. Check out
