| How fast is a V6 mustang with these mods. Hey there guys just wondering if anyone out in reader land has done any major mods to the V6 08 Stang. I am in the process of doing some and would like input on what others have done and what sorts of increase in HP and decrease in ET they have gotten. Mine is a pony car 08 as mentioned with V6. Hard top not convertible. Stock everything except cold air package (Air Raid) and Diablosport tuner set at 87 octane rating. Am looking to put the 1 5/8" ceramic coated headers and Pypes mid muffler true dual exhaust. Would like to know if anyone has done the similar mods and how much difference it made. In the future am looking at the 8.8 rear with trac loc and 4.10 gears and x charger supercharger. But for now just the dual exhaust, headers, cold air, and chip. I also have the Hurst short shifter but as of yet have not installed it. The car I initially drove on the test drive had that shifter and it was way better then the stocker. But that car was hugger orange with black stripes and 18" wheels and I thought tires would be had to come by and way more expensive than the 17" pony wheels, and the color would be begging for people to mess with it while it is parked in a parking lot so I instead opted for the black beast and am not at all sorry except it is a bugger to keep clean. LOL.
