Hi guys & gals!
I'm a
new guy to this site...great, so far! This is my first real 'input'
to the members here.
I'm posting this up,
with permission from
STANGTV,
to get some feedback on what is
a very controversial subject in the US & Canada.
There is a new website that
STANGTV members might want to
take a look at:
CAR CLUBS AGAINST STREET RACING...THE CCASR.
It's a site designed to bring attention to the dangers of
'streetracing'.
Thanks for your valuable input!

Announcing a new organization that will make a big
difference to
STANGTV members and other car clubs across the US & Canada.
Car ClubsAgainst Street Racing ("CCASR") is being launched in an effort to unify
car clubs, of all makes and models, to take a stand against
'street racing'.
Some of the members here may have personally lost a friend to a
'street racing' accident,
and every day it seems we read another story of an accident, injury and/or death.
Since
STANGTV is a leader in the car club community, I am sure they would want their
own members to step out and do something to raise awareness about
'street racing',
and to give members a way to help promote
safe racing at tracks, and to encourage
all drivers to be
safe on the streets to protect other motorists, themselves
and their prized vehicles.

Email: ccasr.org @ gmail . com
Please feel free to join the
CCASR forums
(it's free), and be sure to
select
STANGTV as your club, in your profile. I, personally,
will be promoting the
CCASR to all the car clubs I belong to.
So, spread the word to your local car club, to other forums, and anywhere
you can.
With the help of all
CCASR members, they are developing a list of all
the racing events (drag and road), all the tracks, and of course, all the car clubs who
support the
CCASR across the U.S. & Canada.
All car clubs that register on the
CCASR site, will be using this
Supporting Car Club
logo on their site, to show they are taking a stand against
street racing.

http://CCASR.org ps. Please feel free to contact Lisa at the CCASR site.
Thanks again to all the members of STANGTV
