c4 swap help

I have a 2000 Mustang Gt that I have gone from the T45 5 speed to a c4 automatic. What do I do to wire in my neutral safety switch on my hurst quarter stick to my car? Do I have to do anything with the wires that were on the T45? What do I do with the wires that were on the clutch pedal? Do I need a new tune? Thanks for your help!!

Will the car not start? When I have done auto/manual conversions, I would just jump the neutral switch to bypass it.

Is this a street car or a race car? The purpose of a neutral safety switch is to prevent you from starting the vehicle while it is in gear.
