Its basically the same thing as a CAI (Cold air intake).
Its a 4" pipe that runs from your TB then into the fenderwell and places the MAF and air filter deep inside the fender well toward the front headlight near the grill opening in front of the radiator. But does not block the radiator.
A hole needs to be cut in the inner fender like this pic because the pipe does not use the stock air filter hole like the CAI pipes that do the 90 deg bend. This pipe keeps the air in front of the MAF straight for more accurate MAF signal readings. You will also need to extend the MAF wire.
