The DBX air meter’s use proprietary digital response filter to cancel noise yet allows quick response to rapid air flow changes in one direction. This cancels out camshaft intake reversion or pressure surge (from turbo or superchargers). With DBX Multiple adapter plug-ins, DBX will work on 89-08 Mustang & 86-02 Camaro with plug-ins coming soon for most domestic and imports. All meters are made from constructed from anodized extruded aluminum for strength and durability. They are available in 85 mm and 97 mm versions. The 97mm unit also has the option of using a 6 inch bell design to work with a filter with a 6 inch opening.
