yes i replaced the tailshaft seal two times and also the yoke, its according to how much you like shifting gears, myself i like shifting so hind site i most likly would have just up graded from a standard tremec to at tko 600. but as far as reliability the c-4 is great it leaves a lot harder on the trans brake at 3 grand all motor then it did with the 5 speed at 6 grand on the spray. yes it is still a street car but it is too low geared for hwy speeds it has 4:30 in it now, but i have a blower and a set of 3:27 for it when i get a chance to start working on it again.
