I am putting the 351m because i have it laying around and i have a 78 F250 with a 400m that i have upgraded so i have parts from that to put into the 351. I only payed 250 for the car and it's top is new and there are no rust spots or dents in the car the only thing wrong was i would have had to put the trans in it and it would have drove but why have a mustang without a V8. I know there are better motor's out there to put in the car but the 351m was there and the car was cheap from a collage buddy so why not? I knew that i would have no real header options that's why i port matched the manifolds to my heads. Thanks for the heads up on the oil pan i had not really though about that. As for the thought that a stock camro with beat on me i say bull the motor has a cam,heads,it's 30 over,alum intake,750 holley four barrel. The truck i had it in would smoke the duallys off 2 out of the three gears yes it did have 4.56 gears but it was twice the weight of the mustang. So next time you wan't to tell some one there stuff will suck ask about what is done to the motor. My goal is to make it a 10 secound car and keep it street leagal. I have a everyday driver and a show truck so i need a toy to take to the strip.
