| As a mechanical engineer by trade, I can relate to the need of large political governing bodies to dictate not only the end results of a process, but the process itself.
You don't truly expect a member of the EPA to care about vehicle performance do you? They are too busy making love to a tree.
That being said, I absolutely know that economy and clean air are important to the entire world.
