SEMA 2011: Bondurant Driving School Puts You in the Driver’s Seat

The Camaro SS is Bondurant's new weapon choice for their Performance Driving courses.

Getting an education in a classroom that can do zero to 60 in under four seconds? Show us where to register! Bondurant School of High Performance Driving, located just outside Phoenix, Arizona, has long been one of the most respected names in performance driver training, and is even the official driving school of General Motors (Bondurant is one of the places where GM sends new Corvette ZR1 owners to help them learn how to NOT have a repeat occurrence of this). Here at SEMA 2011, we were able to get all the info from the folks at Bondurant School on their new programs.

If you want to learn to race like a pro, then Bondurant’s one, two, and three day Racing Training Courses are just the ticket. The classes are offered for a variety of skill levels, but no matter which class you take, you still get to rip around the Bondurant road course in a C6 Grand Sport.

C6 Grand Sports get the duty of helping the Bondurant instructors teach the ins and outs of racing.

If you are more of a street oriented driver, then Bondurant offers 2 and 3 day Performance Driving courses. These courses are aimed at the serious driver who wants to take their skills to the next level by learning a combination of street and racetrack skills including autocross, slalom, accident avoidance, and on-track driving. For the Performance Driving course, you get to pilot a new street car that can push the limits as far as you are willing to take it; the 426 horsepower 5th Gen Camaro SS.

Check out Bondurant’s website for a full listing of all the full throttle driving courses they offer.
