Kevin Wolbach of Macungie, Pennsylvania has always driven Ford muscle cars. As Kevin soon found out, once you buy a Mustang the pony modifications are endless. “When Ford brought out the retro Mustang in 2005, I knew I just had to get one. My original intent was to just have a nice daily driver but like most Mustang owners, the modification bug bit me and it has become an obsession for the last several years. I enjoy the process of constantly trying to improve my car and attending as many shows as I can”, says Wolbach.
To say the least, Wolbach has created one bad pony. With 580 hp, 4.10 gears, an Edelbrock Supercharger, carbon fiber hood, FOOSE rims, rear seat delete, custom interior, ground effects, lowered suspension, Autometer gauges, 3,000 watt sound system, and LED lighted interior, hood, trunk, and underbody, Wolbach’s Black 2006 Mustang GT is just plain mean looking. His bad pony has won over 150 trophies to date.
“My goal is to have a car that can be competitive in the car show circuit. I’m not involved in any Mustang clubs, but I do enjoy meeting and helping fellow Mustang owners whenever I can”, says Wolbach. If you ever get the chance to attend a show and run into Wolbach, make sure he gives you a quick peek at his 2006 Mustang GT because his ride is one bad pony.
