Often the obstacle to going fast is less about horsepower and more about available funds. Adam Cox took a unique approach combining a DOHC 4.6L engine with a carburetor. Couple that with a chassis that hooks and you’ve got a recipe for 10′s on a budget.
Despite the rumors, X275 is alive and well with new cars being built and coming out nearly every week. This new addition belongs to Aaron Gramer out of Tarpon Springs, Fla. Purchased as a roller out of Team Z Motorsports in July of 2011, it was wrapped up in August and made it’s race debut recently at Bradenton.

Don Lamana is stepping up to X275 from Ultimate Street this year with a new car out of Pro Fab Performance.
